Just got a call from this company. They left a voice mail saying they would be making a delivery on Monday between 12 and 4 pm. I would need to have ID available at that time. I called back and they would not give me any information. I did not tell them my name but just asked generic questions. They said that they are out of Dallas Texas and they would not give any further details besides this. Scam or Creditor? I called my county and there have been no court cases filed against me and by law they need to file either in the county you reside or where the action took place (if it's in the state). Love these bottom feeders.
Scam
I got a call saying there is a package to be delivered to my home, I asked what it was as I did not order anything and this company international courtier service I have never heard of, my call was transferred to the "legal department" of Hewitt and assoc, another con artist company who said that I have a pending legal case with a payday lender and they are trying to notify me and get payment.
My advise to anyone reading this is collect as much info as you can on whoever calls you names phone numbers company names addresses, and file a complaint with your state's attorney generals office.
They claim to be International Courier Service, but of course, they are debt collectors. So far as I can determine they are Hewitt Capital and sometimes call themselves Hewitt Associates or some other sort of similar name.

Interesting that once calling back and tell "International Courier Service" that you do not want to talk with them, but discuss what the legal papers pertain to you are immediately transferred to Hewitt Capital. More baseless scare tactics. Never heard of a law firm/collection agency also being an international courier service. Lol! These people and those like them are quite a trip.
