Beencallingat least 6months. Leaves no message. Caller ID is Dyck O Neal Inc.

keeps calling.  leaves no message.  when I called them back, asked for last four of ss number for the account.  when I wouldn't give it, they said we can't talk to you without the last four for the account.  I said I don't have an account with you, they said we can't talk to you.
