Love the fact that he gives me a company that I can't locate from a group I have never heard of before. Also, he told me that my court case was set for Thursday, November 27th. I couldn't help but laugh seeing how this is THANKSGIVING!!! Pretty much lets me know how bogus this really is.
Same call came to me from a Ron Anderson. He also said he had a summons that had to be served Nov 21st. I called with case 100696. I have called him 3 to 4 times, Answering machine. Never called back. Bogus
-Calls former roommates, parents AND grandparents to find me.
-I return call to have him tell me about an outstanding debt that I took care of years ago.
-wants $3,200 to settle a $420 loan, which he claimed was from 2012, and I wasn't even living in the state at that time.
-After I tell him no way, he says even just a small payment of $50-60 would keep me from going to court. (Even though the summons has already been sent to an address I haven't lived at for over 5 years.)
