I'm assuming this is 100% SCAM. Both my father and I keep getting robo-calls from this number that say the following:
This message is solely intended for Thomas (LAST NAME) file nummber 11574 has been escallated to our final review department. Further action is recommended by our loss mitigation specialists and client action is imminent. In order for your personal statement to be included, you or your legal council need to call us immediately at 501-703-0820 when this message is recieved.
The name is not me...it's my father or brother (not sure which), neither of whom has ever been registered in any way with my mobile phone number. They do not identify the company they're calling from, or on whose behalf they are calling. If I try to call back the number who calls, I get a fast-busy signal. If I try to call the number on the message, I get a recording that the number is no longer in service (though last week it rang and rang and rang).
Caller was telling me that I falsely aquired money through some pay day loan and I'm going to get jail time ... I've told them to stop calling me and they was wrong...
