Total scam.  Debt collectors waving around the ward "warrant" in an attempt to scare you into paying them something.  Debt is a civil matter.  Being in debt is not a crime and you cannot be arrested for it.  There are no warrants.

Just because a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt does not mean you owe it
If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:

1.    Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
2.     Demand a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.
3.    Do not pay  the collection agent or anyone else a  DIME  until the debt is validated.

Of course they won’t do this, no scammer ever will, so simply block their calls and ignore them.

If they are bothering you,

Report them:

http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0149-debt-collection

Also contact your local attorney general

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money,  tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.  If you can find them.

I am in the finance industry and one of my clients called me today telling me he got the exact same call. He had his social security number and bank account information. Unbelievable! They are filing a complaint with the FTC, not that it will do any good though...

These people called yesterday and I called them back today. They had access to practically everything, past addresses and even got a hold of my credit card! a total scam and I have reported them. I signed up for my credit report on score sense and after that I received a call soon after with these people trying to scam me out of money saying I owed to some place I wasn't even living at the time. A discrepancy on my report made them think I was living there at the time. Damn fools can't get a real job.

The clue here is that you signed up with ScoreSense, a company that has been fined for duping customers. What made you trust ScoreSense in the first place? Did you investigate them before you turned your social security number and other critical personal information over to them?

Google SCORESENSE and read about the $22 Million they have to pay back to the folks they duped. Maybe you're in the class action group that will be compensated. The suit alleges they promised free credit tracking that turned out NOT to be free, but any company that will do such a thing can't be considered trustworthy.
