Have been receiving calls from 470-237-2244 for nearly a month!
Same recording as described in other posts, and a very nasty woman named Ada Jackson who calls personally at times, threatening me and eventually, hanging up after I've told her I'm onto her.
NOW---They've gone so far as to having another person call--allegedly from the county clerk's office, who says they have a warrant for my arrest.
The solution?
I need to call 470-237-2244 and ask for Ada Jackson to make "arrangements" to stop the arrest.
I have filed a report against them with my state's Attorney General's office.
If this isn't a criminal scam, I don't know what is.
SUCH A BLASTED SHAME that these people are out there trying to rob folks.
2nd Complaint: Received another message on voice mail from this number per Caller ID it is from 470-237-2244, but left this same call back number as below 402-316-5979, with the same statement. SAME PEOPLE!! It sounds like a recorded message, words are exactly the same.

Just received a call on my work phone from 402-316-5979. When I picked up the phone and said hello, I got a recorded message saying, "We are calling you concerning a returned item from your bank. It is very important that we speak with you in the event that we don't you'll have to render a decision that is not in your favor and forward our information to check systems and the other check reporting agency. Press one to speak with us now or call us at 402-316-5979."
Caller: Asset Financial
received same call as "RAW" got. The guy on the phone supposedly is sending me some about this "debt" to my e-mail. I asked him the name of his company, he told me "Rapid Recovery Solutions", but the called ID on my home phone said "Asset Financial:. I'm filing a complaint with Idaho Department of Finance. I called that number back (402-316-5979), the recording said the number is not in service.
Same message as "RAW". Caller ID said Asset Financial. I got a similar message from a different number about a month or so ago. Last time they left a message regarding Paul Neruda (what it sounded like). The name was spoken very quickly & garbled even though the rest of the message was clear. I have no loans, no returned items to my bank account, no co-signs, etc. I don't answer the phone when I don't recognize the caller & I don't return the calls. Maybe they'll quit trying!
