Received call on my residential phone at 9:30am. Rang 3 times then disconnected itself before answering machine could pick up. Caller ID indicates Atlanta, GA. Based on other postings, probably a phishing or spam call.

Probably DNC/GOP collaborators hassling you like me during elections, telling me to vote for bernie...hang up calls at inconvenient times and possibly even inserting phone viruses to interfere with texting capabilities that mysteriously disappeared after elections. Just a hunch.
