Call rang twice, then stopped, area code now blocked. I'm trying to figure out the device(s) they use for telemarketing. The machine or software attached to their phone rings numbers automatically, the jack a** at the helm answers one that picked up. Meanwhile the machine/software keeps dialing then disconnecting until the jack a** is through with that call and picks up another that answered. The process is repeated. Perhaps someone that has been in the field could explain this more fully. I'm just guessing. Best thing, don't complain, get a call blocker and use it. It's become fun for me but I'm easily amused.
