A man calls from this number saying he is with my phone service provider and that a technician needs to come check the equipment. I told him I didn't want to buy anything or change my service in anyway and he said it wasn't a sales call it was about my equipment. I said I didn't want anyone to come check it and I would call if something was wrong. He is very persistent and calls back multiple times. I have quit answering the calls but just found out I had been signed up for an internet contract with this company. I in no way agreed to sign up for anything. Beware talking to anyone calling from this number.
Also, I got a call like this a few years ago and they lied about being AT&T, next months bill had a $10.00 long distance monthly fee on it because they had signed me up for their long distance service that I did not want. It's a shame that some people can't seem to make an honest living these days. And while I'm at it, when you are actually talking to the real AT&T customer service be careful because some of their reps are "selling" you services that you did not order. I've had an AT&T service man show up at my house on two different occasions to install a new line or services that I did not order. He told me that it happened a lot because the sales reps are either making a commision or trying to reach a quota. I know this has nothing to do with the 470-309-1758 number but thought I would mention it anyway.
