I only answered because I was expecting a call from a contractor. A lady asked for "Tara". When I said she had the wrong number, she then said "maybe you can help me" and went into a spiel about breast cancer. I immediately hung up and block the number.

I received a call from 470-344-6823 on July 25, 2016 at 4:36PM. I didn't answer and no voice message was left.

Same here.  She wanted me to donate over the phone and when I told her I needed information to research her cause, she told me to have a nice day.

Same as above. She asked for "Elizabeth," and when I said she had the wrong number, she said, "Maybe you can help me," and went into the breast cancer spiel. I cut her off and hung up.
