I just received a call from this #, I answered it because I have contacts in GA but hung up as soon as I heard "congratulations", they called back again within 2 seconds, I hung up

Yup, i won a cruise....not. It was some survey, last time it claimed it was Publishers Clearing House (or something like that, which is dangerous because one of those does exist) this one was a scientific research survey. it said unknown location. Called my iPhone.

didn't answer, thanks for information, here, and my fleet fingers which keyed in the number into a search engine, before the third ring!
