I got a call from this number saying its from an attorney and legal action has been started on me, so I need to call back on the number immediately. I called back and the guy trying to talk in american english accent said its US treasury department. I told him, I am trying to return a call, he asked is it the same number i got a call on? I said 'yes', then he said, it might be his collegue, and asked me first and last name. I hung up immediately, as there are number of such incidents getting reported lately. Searched online and so here I am.
Kevin Daniel calling from the IRS stating money is owed and I had committed a fraud. I was told police were on the way over and if I were to pay $500 to him via Target vouchers he could get the police called off. He said I owed $3240 in penalties. I asked him what the total I owed but he didn't have that information. Will as you can imagine I told him what he do and were to go. Don't be a sheep my friends.

The message said if I did not call back right away it would go to the federal claim courthouse and maybe get arrested

IRS claim called about Fraud or something. An Indian man that could BARELY struggle through some english words answered when I responded and said it's the IRS - yeah okay buddy.
Got a call from IRS stating to call right away that I owed IRS. That I would get arrested if I didn't call. He left a message as I didn't answer. I don't owe IRS any how as I live on Social Security and don't work....I'm just an old lady. I knew right away it was a scam. Blocked number.....
