How would the police know who the house belonged to? I agree with the iTunes gift card red flag but your assumption that "normal people" would call the police to find out who owns a house is a bit much.

I got a FREE TXT # and used that to contact him with.. no way was I using my real name and contact info! He says his name is Mr. Hernandez. On https://www.trulia.com/profile/javier-j-agent-riverview-fl-zgwcvhhg/overview,, he is listed with this phone# under the name of Javier J. ** THIS PERSON IS A SCAMMER! Will claim he is renting a house but currently living in TX due to son having bone cancer and recv'g treatment there.... IT IS ALL LIES!!!!!!!
Craigslist scammer! Says he's renting his home out for long term or short term. Said he's in North Carolina because his son has leukemia and needs major surgery there. Sent my husband an application stating me & mrs Walters Craigslist his name is listed as H
