The Do Not Call Registry works when legitimate companies obey it and many do. But criminals do not and they are the ones who keep calling people because criminals only want to trick people into giving them money.
Shows up in caller ID as V527193652003046, but then it shows as a name 470-552-2129. They call every day, at least twice a day, and I do not ever answer the call. We are on the Do Not Call Registry, for whatever good that does (or does not).
