Continues to call me claiming to have a Judgment from Arrow Financial who is a Collection company that was put our of business due to unethical practices by the FTC. When you ask their address, their name, the attorney name they claim to represent or the originator of the debt they refuse any information and hang up. They call me names, make threats, claim they are going to take action that they can not take and call in excess of the 1 time every 7 days as per the FDCPA.
This company called cursing at me and harassing me. They were looking for a different person but would not listen to me to explain they were calling the wrong person . They are rude and unprofessional. They are looking for Marco Sanchez in Seattle. Who mustbe using my identiny. STOP
This number called me telling I owed $1400 to a company I had never heard of and saying they were going to garnish my wages. I called the company they claimed I owed and they said I wasn't in any of their systems. I also checked my credit and nothing. My husband called and told them he was going to report them as a scam and they hurried and hung up.
