"alleged IRS filing a law suit against me" bot voice mail

some bot with a foreign accent said the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me.   I called back from another line and the guy answered, identified himself as IRS in a horrid accent

just received a call telling me I owe 1500.00 dollars for a 2009 tax return  i frauded the government  he told me a rep was coming to my home to arrest me

Received two calls from this number, went to voicemail.  Caller said I was being sued.  Did not call back.

Automated voice saying the IRS is sueing me and that this was my final notice.  Nothing has come in the mail and they called a number that's not normally inbound at all.  Scam.
