Robocall about lowering interest rate on credit cards.  Most of the complaints online about this number involves the auto warranty telemarketer, so it appears they are the same company doing these calls as well.  Calling back plays a recording stating the number is not in service.  This number called on 05/23/17 as well and I have it recorded that I pressed 1 to be removed from their list.  I have the callback recorded then as well as todays.  These may be associated with a company called Point Break Media out of Boca Raton, FL.  That company also does the fake Google alert robocalls but my notes shows that one of the numbers they use has also been reported as the auto warranty scam telemarketer.

I have contacted the owner of the company - a Mr. Jared H. Sklar and requested a copy of their Do Not Call policy as required by the TCPA.  I have not received this yet but this step is necessary before we can go with a class action suit as well as the formal complaint to the Florida AG.

Florida seems to be a haven for these illegal telemarketers.  I now have 3 (soon to be 4) complaints filed against various illegal telemarketing places, all within a relativity small area of the state.
