Who called from 4752095708

I receive this call serval times a day. Threatening to issue multiple warrants for arrest if I fail to return call within 24hours.

Left me a message saying I have 4alligations against me that I will be arrested.

My aunt got a call like this last year and called the irs. She was told that they don't make calls and only send letters.

Just got a call from this number. Said if I didn't cal back in 24 hours that there would be a warrant for my arrest.l

I just received this call and it recorded.  Should I call the police and notify of a scammer?
