I have never had a payday loan in my life. I don't even have credit cards because I don't want that debt. This guy has been calling me,my sister. Then he called my other sister and left her the same message saying she was being named in a civil suit. She has never had a pay day loan either. Total letch and scam artist.I called the number back and couldn't get him on the phone,some other guy that couldn't speak English was on the phone.
Recieved a call from this number and the man said he was Samuel Rudman of Rudman and Dowd Litigation. Sounds very legit and knew a lot about me and had family member names and numbers. Saying I was being charged with a misdeamenor and an E felony because of a pay day loan. The next day I got a call from a different number, different law firm name and their number came up as a scam. So I called the first one back and he reassured me everything was fine etc. even had me look up the law firm and his name and made me feel like he was legit. Then I realize the phone number on the web site for the law firm is totally different from the one i am calling "Samuel" at. So I called the law firm and they had no idea who I was and the real Samuel Rudman had not called me and had never heard of me. Scam Scam!!!! Until I get served papers at my office from a legitimate official I will be hanging up or not answering these calls!!!!!!
