The caller said my son must contact in 2hrs. or they would proceed with legal actions They said for him to call 844-741-9721 he called and was told he would be severed with papers to go to court in another state. If he didn't show up for court they would win by default. This was regarding a Verizon phone, he never owned. He would pay all costs,phone1,200, attorney fees and court costs, There would be a 10yr.lien on him and any cars or property and 25% wage garnishment. They said the name of there Co. was LTS. this is a scam. If yu get a call make sure you call one of the 3 credit reporting companies and do a Fraud Alert to protect yourself.

Caller called and I couldn't really understand her. She sounded like a chipmunk on a caffeine high.All I could understand was something about a false Federal fraud issue for a person I never heard of before,And some-one was going to jail.
