I have gotten several calls from this number--they call late at night and do not leave a message. When I try to call it back, it says it is not a valid phone number.

It's some loan/finance company. They claim they got the number from your credit card or credit bureau in order to consolidate your bills. Operator is difficult to understand. I've requested 3 times that they remove my name/number from their calling list and never to call again. Apparently foreign TM are not subject to same laws as in US
