James Caston??? with Federal Offense which must be dealt with immediately to avoid prosecution by Federal Government! What a bunch of scams to scare the uneducated or the old! If they only get one taker out of 50 they will scam everything that person has! How do we stop this???????????????
By telling your friends and family, go to your local news , both paper & TC and spreading the word. Education is a key component!
Most of these calls are coming from India and Pakistan, not much going to get done there and this scam is growing call wise, not just in the US anymore. Reporting them also! See my post above for where to report these calls. These same people are also doing fed grant scams and advance fee loan scams. medical, medicines and debt collection on loan scams.
just found a message on my machine, what a crock of BS. I may just call them back, maybe from my Google phone number. Then I can block them from calling that number. We need to keep these people on the phone for as long as we can and waste their time.
This morning (Mar 12, 2016) we received a robo call (voice recording) from someone claiming to be James Caplin regarding a US Treasury violation and case. We did not investigate the number nor did we place a call to 475-999-0204 as the message stated to do. We have no dealing with the US Treasury and perfect credit history.
