Called and hung up, no message. Hello call blocker!

Received a call from 478-216-3131, no caller ID (UNAVAILABLE). My answering machine picked up the line, but the caller left no message. According to whitepages.com, this number is suspected spam, flagged as political.  Callercomplaints.com indicates that this is a spoofed number.

Left no message. ID said UNKNOWN NAME.

ID - Holiday Inn Express.  Did not answer.   Sure it is junk or con.
