Called twice (1 minute apart).  Did not leave a message.

Just called my cell phone.  If you call back you get "the number is not in service!"

Just called my emergency only cell number which I never use. I am disabled and this is my government supplied phone. It's not on any paperwork. No idea who or why. I didn't answer. I always look up unrecognized numbers and once again, I'm glad I did. Too many bad people out there and clearly this is one of them.
