Lady on the phone wanted to speak to a director in marketing or printing services but has no name to provide me.  I asked what the call was regarding and she wanted to provide there services to our company.  I told her she is soliciting and we don't accept soliciting over the phone.  She said to me that she was not soliciting and was only trying to see if we are interested in her company's service.  Come on lady, that's soliciting.
