Caller did no understand "Take me off your call list" so checked registration with National Do not call. Be wary of accepting even a "donation package" as if the solicitor can prove they have a "relationship" with you, they may have the ability to keep calling and calling.

Seems these calls are going around. I screen ALL calls thus didn't answer and they left no message. I was sitting right by the phone and saw the caller ID so ignored it.
