Called me today from a Macon GA number called me 2 weeks ago from A North Carolina number. Said I would be arrested or criminally charged if I didn't pay 900 but they would settle for a lesser payment of 330. That's a hell of a difference. I told her to mail me the info. She said I will email it to you now, right now. That was 3 hrs ago. Sounds like a load of crap. Crooks everywhere.

Same as others, computer generated ..problems with ssn, etc...patched through to "smith & associates" ...they asked who I was??? wtf, u called me...I immediately asked who this is and what is pertaining to... asked if I know someone??? Get the F out here... scumbags...I pressed them, they hung up.. I.tried calling back to press them more...no answer
I received a call from this number today and they stated they were Smith And Associates and they stated I owe a pay day loan from a company called CWB which was included in my Bankruptcy and a woman named Sarah Baldwin and she gave me fax number of 1-904-518-5892 to fax her my documents which I will not do because this place is a scam and a fraud she stated that this company had no information on me filing bankruptcy and I filed in 2012, Really?
