did not say anything...called it back said it was a cell phone company?

Caller asked if this was "name". When I asked who this was, he stated he was "Mark" with some company (spoke too fast to understand & he was foreign). He rambled about how I won something and would need to set up free installation in my home. I said I was not interested and for him not to call back.

They called, I said hello twice and nobody said anything.

They called 2 days ago asking to sell a home security system.  I hung up on them as soon as I heard home security system. Scammers!

tried to scam using my personal name, too many of these types of calls, too bad the gvt does not stop this type of crap...

Person called on two separate occasions. No message or information received related to the purpose of the call.
