I got a call from this number this morning, where I was left a message saying the IRS was investigating me and to call them back to resolve it. I did so (though I knew this was a scam). A woman with an Indian accent identified herself as with the IRS Investigation Dept. When I questioned her she hung up. I Googled the number and it's in Macon, Georgia.
