Called my cell phone multiple times but never left a message.

Called me saying I was taking blood thinners and that I had blood clots. I have never had either. So much background noise could barley hear

They call constantly asking for someone that I never heard of. I told them no one live here by that name. He told me he has the right number? I can't understand half of what he is saying a ton of background noise. So frustrating! When I called the number back it said the number has been disconnected.
