Got a call today from those "credit card scammers". But ahead of time a I prepared in my wallet a fake credit card number (go google to find some), plus fake data (last 4 of SSN, zip, ...). And then I pressed '1', told the guy I have over 6000 balance on my card, and paying 13 percent interest, and gave the guy all the fake data. That kept him busy for a couple of minutes, then he came back with "card not accepted", then I said "oh, I just moved, here's the new zip". That kept him busy for two more minutes. Last I told him I'll give him fake numbers every time he calls......
Let's see if they'll take me off their phone list ...

Same Credit card scam.. they called me from 515-561-0802 I pressed one and told the guy I had 40K in 6 credit cards. and then told him I couldn't hear him and I would call him back.
then he called me back from 478-459-6319 and then we went thru a few more questions then Told him I needed to call him back because I can't trust giving him more info unless I know who I am giving it to.. He refused and then I told him I work for the office of California DA.. he dropped really fast..
Next time I'm giving them a real credit card number and let them charge it.. Once a charge in on the bill we will know who the company is and report them as fraud..
I bet these guys are stealing millions form people every month..
