Perhaps it's Allied Credit Collection, a 2nd party collector that works for the GE Care card folks.  They give credit to folks for dental care, pet care, etc.

Look up 877-498-8563 for more info but that's my guess.  I may be wrong.  Also read the part about them recording conversations and them having their recording used against them!  If you owe on a care card just call GE directly, don't let these [***] get any credit for you paying a penny!
