Rec'd call on cell. Recorded message said it was a check to make sure this was a working number. Called back, nothing...

Same as A Miller- recording stating purpose of call is to make sure this was a working number. We are on the do not call list. I called the number- sounds like an answering device but instead of voice, there is the sound of a phone being hung up and then a beep. Called 4 more times, same thing. Last time, I left phone on speaker and there was silence for several minutes, then electronic voice said 'Goodbye' and line disconnected. Appears that a message ( from you) can be recorded
EVERYONE SHOULD KEEP CALLING THIS NUMBER BACK. PERHAPS IF WE CLOG HIS LINE WE CAN STOP THIS CRAP!
Is there a way to report to the National Do Not Call Program?

This number is harassing me and is a SPAM number

Then less than an hour later, received a call from 678-393-7960. Says it is a Georgia call. Did not answer that one.
