I got the call from 479-263-2836 under the name of Jamie Huett.

These guys (with heavy Indian accents) claimed to work for Window (ie, Microsoft). The background noise identified it as a boiler-room operation.

They claimed someone had been downloading malicious software to my computer and they would fix it.

They wanted a gain access to my computer.

It is a clear scam.

I can see from the messages that they had been calling under a different number 479-263-2838.
