I am selling a projector through craiglist and I got a response from this number. This person is sending me a check.I am checking check scams to be prepare. I dont know what to expect.
Hey Christian - definitely a common Craigslist scam. they send you a check, you cash it and send them the product and then the check bounces. You get no money, pay bank fees, pay shipping and you just gave away whatever you were selling.
