Just came home and checked the home voicemail. Got call from the Indian or Bangladeshi prank calling himself David Miller. He said There is a case against me in court from CRA. Then he asked me , Do I have a tax lawyer to represent me in court on Friday March 20th 2015 about the fraud case filled against me by CRA.
The number on my caller ID was 800-267-6999 and the number he left to call him back was 479-365-5586.
First time when I called he asked me about my SIN number and when I refused to give him any information, he hanged up.
Second time when i called, the same guy introduced himself as Erik William. By that time I googled his 479 number and found about this scam.
There is a widespread IRS or "tax scam" being practiced by scammers on both Canadian and USA residents.

Short answer:
The IRS never initiates a contact via phone.
They always send a snailmail first.
