Has Called a few times and hangs up when I answer

This numbers calls often and always hangs up when I answer.  Finally, tonight someone stayed on the other end of the line, asked for my husband.  I replied "You guys always call."  The caller got snippy with me and told me that we never answer and hung up on me.

Got a call on my cell phone in Oklahoma. Did not answer. They did not leave a voice message. In Oklahoma.
