Who called from 4794350259

Scammers calling my cell offering to lower my credit card rates.
Called them con men and they hung up

I think the recording said they are from "Garrett"? About my credit card? I pressed one and got an Indian! That is definitely an Indian man! "Howww are you toooday?" lol. They hung up on me and then called back immediately from 214-734-4788. These phone numbers are obviously spoofed. The only other post complaining about 479-435-0259 is from 20 minutes ago.

Scam call from "Consumer Services" about lowering my credit card interest rate.

Left a message, was a robo call from some credicard refinance scam.
