This is a robo-call number is from a company trying to sell you wireless home security systems. I stayed on the line until I got a real person. When I told his that they had been repeatedly calling my number and I wanted them to stop, he hung up on me. they do not give you the name of the company

This number has called 3 times within the past 2 hours. State her name is Lisa , they are in my area and criminals are cutting outside home phone wires to break in to homes and they want to give me a FREE wireless system. 2 times I hung up when she is "transferring" me to the install guy. Third time called nothing was said. The next time I am having words.. I understand anyone working a telemarketing position and they are just doing their job , but this is insane.. accept a hang up as not interested in a kind way.
