I'm in area code 479 and get calls from this # several times a day and have been getting them for a few weeks now. I did answer once and they immediately hung up. Every time I've called it back, I get nothing but a busy signal and if I let it go on, a message comes on that "all circuits are busy" even at 3-4 a.m.! Annoying as h*ll - wish I could block it!

Just received a call from this number. Stating he was from Arkansas State Police collecting for the teddy bear drive. Told him I was unable to help at this time, figured it was fraud. He rudely hung up when I said I couldn't help
