I received a call from this number from "Joe Blankenship."  When I googled the number, it gave me the name "Todd Osborne."  This just seems a bit odd to me.

got the same message as Sara but from Rick Holt.  Also googled and game me Todd Osborne.

I received this call lots of times and when I called it back I askedd what company they were they asked for my name I said im not gonna tell you that jnder you tell me what company you are. The woman that answered said well I what tell you tell I get you name I said well thank you and hung up

This is a debt collection agency for medical bills.
