On Tuesday, 10 March 2015, at 5:00 p.m., I was called by a male who spoke broken English. He asked how I was doing. It was difficult to understand him. He said that he was giving away a Security System, and wanted to know if I wanted one. During this conversation, his voice broke-up several times, similar to a VoIP connection, and there was a slight delay in the conversation. I had to repeat myself several times, and I finally told him I was not interested, which he seemed to accept. I then hung up. Caller ID said, "Arkansas Call 479-524-4485", but I seriously doubt that this fellow was from Arkansas!!! I am on the Do-Not-Call Listing, which I suspect these people use as a data mining source of valid working numbers...
