Who called from 4795278524

This number calls almost everyday at my work we have caller ID so I have tried to call it back because they say nothing when they call and when I called back the number it was a recording that the phone number has been disconnected.
Caller ID just says "Arkansas Call"

When I call back you don't hear anything not even the ringing part
