Called home number on Sunday. Told me he is calling from technical support of Windows. When I stated that I am not going to facilitate access to my computer was cursing then hung up.
Said that he was from Windows and my computer is showing in their system with an error message. (I have been having computer issues, but have never done anything to attach my home phone to my computer) I started questioning how he got my number and he continued saying that it pulled up in his system that my computer was having an error, and that at one point I connected my computer to my phone with an update by entering the information. I started saying that I don't even know my home phone number and that I have never once given it out to anyone for anything, and have never entered it into any information. He kept trying to switch the subject to me finding things on my computer and tried not answering me on how he got my number. He asked if my name was Ruth (no idea why) I said it wasn't, then he hung up. Very strong Indian accent.
