Robo call from the Visa/MC credit card prize services. They claim to have been watching my card activity over the past 6 months, and now I'm eligible for something. I hung up and called the number back. The call did not go through saying, "Due to network difficulties this call could not be completed at this time. Please try your call again later." The Do Not Call registry works for some companies, but doesn't work when criminals don't care.
