You need an attorney. If you did in fact have one, you need to fire him or her and get a better one. I highly doubt you sought out legal counsel to represent you, maybe a free consultation but not hired. If you would have you're attorney's paralegal would handle all the leg work, phone calls and filed everything for you to get you vehicle fixed IF you can prove that the mechanical issues was in fact caused by the Wal-Mart technician that worked on your vehicle.
This phone number belongs to CMI (Claims Management Inc.), they are a claims company that Wal-Mart uses for any claims brought against Wal-Mart. So if you have a claim for anything with Wal-Mart that is who will be calling you for more information.
Yes I've been a customer for awhile at your Walmart store including ur automotive dep. I'm getting very sick and tired of u guys blowing me off like I'm a nobody, u guys had did some maitinance for me bout three months ago...I had a problem occur rite when I pulled it out of ur automotive garage, I contacted them, they filled out a claim form and I responded. I talked to a lawyer and they told me to make records and hard copies of the major leaks that occurred after wall mart worked on it in which I did...I've done everything I've asked me and u guys even sent me a letter stating the I've made a decision on the problem .... well I've called and nobody ever answers or returns my phone calls... the ladies name was Judy, we if I have to get whole of better business bureau then I sure will, my lawyer also said to to try and call or get a message to someone and this time he would proceed until all is taken care of...I'm now a very dissatisfied. Customer and Judy was of no help which really bothers me so now if someone does NT help me eliminate. This issue I will go and do other things ...this is rediculous. And I want something done immediately, my phone. I totally agree with all your concerns with CMI (Claims Management), I fell at Walmart back in November and been playing phone tag with Misty Headman! Should say that I've been doing the calling because she sure in the heck hasn't called me back. I've documented every time that I've called and when she's called, which it's much. Her voice mail is always full and she doesn't return my messages either, I've even left messages with other employees and supervisors which tell me that they can't do anything because it's not their case! My [***] it's part their job to make sure that these cases get done. The last time I talked with Misty she told me that she would have to investigate it would take about 30 - 45 days and now we are on day 64.
I think this is just a scam, they don't wanna pay anyone, they can't even take care of their employees why would they take care of their customers! I even filed a complaint on the BBB (Better Business Bureau) online in Arkansas. But NO word from that either! Medical bills just piling up...and health insurance giving me the run around about paying them.
