Who called from 4796512874

Got a call from them and I haven't ever seen that number before..?

People just called my phone when I called back it said the phone was out of service hope its not some crazy person

this  number  called me  today  and  it  said  it  has  been   changed   I do not  want this  number  to call  my cell  phone  ever  again    the  number  is at the  top  of   the page

Called about thirty minutes ago, no voicemail.

Received a call from this number at 11:38 and called it back at 11:43 and heard a recording that the number had been changed or disconnected.  Who can we report this to?  Arkansas Attorney General?
