Got a call from this number. Anyone else?

I've got 17 calls from this number in the past month on my cell

I get 2-3 calls a week. When I answer, they hang up. Last night my voicemail recorded a male voice humming very gingerly. My guess is a bored telemarketer

After calling the number back, I get a message from the "Telemarketing Division" asking me to leave a message.

This number calls me non-stop both morning and night...I have also been getting other numbers calling who seem to be very similar, 517-931-2512 and 517-931-2236...I never pick up calls from numbers I don't recognize anymore
