Caller said they were from Fedex confirming delivery of a mattress topper I had indeed ordered from Amazon.com. Strange though because I order from Amazon all of the time and have never gotten this call before....
I got a call from a call center in Bentonville, AR. Apparently they handle a large amount of call center traffic for large and small corporations. At least I'm not hearing from someone located in India.
