Received call, answered it. Had a person who's first language was clearly NOT English start talking about my 2006 VW Beetle. I said I no longer have that car. She said for verification purposes she needed to know what car I did have. I told her there was no reason for her to verify what car I own as it was of no concern to her and I hung up. I later called the number back to see if the person who answered it identified the company and everytime I call I get a message that the office is closed. Open from 7a to 4p Pacific time. Each time I have called it is during those hours yet I always get that message.
